UPDATE: The Board of the Community Garden Club of Duxbury will be advising the General Membership at the April meeting of proposed changes to the by-laws as follows:
Article V:
Officers
The elected officers of the Club shall be the President or Co-President(s), the 1st Vice President, the 2nd Vice President, the Treasurer, the Assistant Treasurer, the Recording Secretary, and the Assistant Recording Secretary.
Section 5.03
Tenure
All Officers shall be elected for a term of either one or two years.

Your first two years of membership are provisional. To maintain membership we ask that you contribute a minimum of 20 hours per year participating in club activities of your choice (split evenly between fundraising events and community/club service activities) and attend at least three of the monthly meetings. It is also your responsibility to keep a record of your volunteer hours.
